  I am so very impressed with Bob Nichols and his entire crew at ServPro of Kankakee. They are very caring, cheerful, conscientious, polite , efficient and professional. I've used Servpro services in other areas of the country but this is the best my family has experienced. Servpro has cleaned our furnace ducts and cleaned our carpets. They were quick, courteous and extremely efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this franchise. Mr. Nichols should be very proud of his people and their work ethic. If you have any doubts about using Servpro of Kankakee just put that thought behind you and call them. I guarantee you will not regret it but you'll experience the way you should be treated as a customer.
