  My sister and I went in for a no chip nail polish change. We asked for a “no chip”...never said we wanted a manicure. We just spent all morning giving ourselves a manicure before we went in. This “polish change” wound up costing us $77 because of the lady’s assumptions. They should clarify what their customers are asking for without assuming they want to most expensive thing they offer. We will not be back.

  Very personable. Great customer service, nice atmosphere! Lissa was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Owner was friendly too! Finally found my nail shop home!!
